It also hinders ones ability to reach outwardly. Isolation is completely shut off from the outside world, inaccessible to those around you, and unapproachable by those who care about you. The similarities between isolation and solitude are that in both cases one is alone, but that’s where it stops. You’d be amazed at what you may find out or discover. Eliminate all of the white noise from the outside world and spend some time with yourself and with God. I encourage everyone, even the most social butterfly, bubbly person out there to seek solitude from time to time. I genuinely enjoy solitude, its when I’m the most productive, I don’t struggle with entertaining myself and I do not struggle with loneliness, I am content.
